Mark Engelman

Mark Engelman is President of BayMark Financial, Inc. Mr. Engelman, a University of California, Berkeley, Business Administration graduate and real estate broker, started full-time in the equity mortgage loan business in 1976. In 1977 he established his own mortgage firm, which was incorporated in 1982 as BayMark Financial, Inc.

Mr. Engelman oversees all operations of BayMark Financial which include loan origination, loan documentation / processing, loan funding, and Note servicing and collecting.

If you are an existing investor with BayMark Financial, you already know it is Mr. Engelman who interacts with you in reviewing and making recommendations for your trust deed investments.

Edwin Elliott

Our borrowers usually will have first contact with BayMark Financial’s full-time Loan Officer, Edwin Elliott. Mr. Elliott brings to BayMark Financial his experience and background in real estate loans and sales which began in 1978. Mr. Elliott has been with BayMark Financial since its inception.

Dee Modglin

Dee Modglin is BayMark Financial’s REO coordinator. Ms. Modglin is a licensed real estate agent and is responsible for the sales of BayMark Financial’s REO properties. Ms. Modglin has been with BayMark Financial since 2006.

Debra Penn

Debra Penn is new to our team. She joins us as our Office Administrator / Receptionist. Mrs. Penn grew up on the Peninsula and has over 19 years of retail banking experience.
